I tried to submit payment, but received a message that says “15005 Processor decline.” What does that mean?

That means that the card was declined by the bank the issued the card. Unfortunately in these situations we're not provided with any additional information or even a record of the declined transaction in our account. If you want more information we suggest calling the number on the back of your card to see why they declined the transaction. In the meantime, you can also attempt to use another card or PayPal to purchase the course.
